Fresh Fennel Bulb (each). A plant that grows in the ground.  You eat the bulb shape which is at the base of the plant. Raw fennel adds a super crunchy taste to salads. You can also slice it and cook it like onion or celery to use in casseroles. When cooked, it goes really well with fish.
